Disney's Animal Kingdom is growing, and Tropical Americas is set to open in 2027!

In order to make way for Tropical Americas here are some updates happening:

DinoLand U.S.A. will permanently close on February 2, 2026. This means the final day to experience DINOSAUR, The Dino Institute Shop, Restaurantosaurus, and Restaurantosaurus Lounge is February 1, 2026.

This winter, Harambe Market will temporarily close to enable the location to begin serving these fan-favorite items when DinoLand closes. We expect the location to reopen in early 2026.

Kali River Rapids will temporarily close October 6, 2025, and is expected to reopen in December 2025.

Finding Nemo: The Big Blue... and Beyond! will remain open and available to guests.

Donald, Daisy, Chip and Dale will continue greeting at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

These Disney tips didn't work for me unfortunately.... So many try to give you advice and it turns out to be bad advice!
If you can afford it, do Lightning Lane so you don't have to wait in long lines!
Make Dining reservations especially if your family wants to meet characters. As your Travel planner I will book those for you so you don't have to get up at 6am!
Don't try to fit everything into one day.

I always recommend the 4,3,2,1 rule.

✅ 4 Must do attractions
✅ 3 experiences/shows
✅ 2 Must do snacks
✅ 1 Must do Meal

Then book your Lightning Lanes early if you can and book your character meal, that's all you need for a perfect day and the rest is bonus!🥰

4 must do attractions!
3 experiences/ shows /characters
2 Snacks
1 Meal

That's all you need for a perfect Park Day!
Choose your Park, book your LL early (that's 3 attractions already!)

And book your Dinner reservation!
That's all you need for a perfect day, the rest is just bonus! 🥰

Plan Ahead and save time in line
So you can pay to skip the standby line and join a shorter line for select attractions and experiences instead.

You can purchase a Lightning Lane Multi Pass, a Lightning Lane Single pass or Both.

With the multi pass, you can choose up to 3 Multi Pass experiences and arrival windows in a theme park.

Once you're in the park and you enjoy your first multi pass experience, you may be able to make an additional selection.

Prices vary by date and theme park.
